EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
1 1/2 soup cans of milk
1 lg. fryer, cut into serving pieces
Salt & pepper

Mix together the rice, soups and milk. Place in large casserole, 3 quart works well. Put chicken on top, skin side down, add salt and pepper to taste. Make this 3 hours ahead of time. Place in 250 degree oven, uncovered, for 3 hours. Turn chicken over once. Serves 4.
