SOUR CREAM APPLE PIE | |
1 unbaked pie shell 4 med. apples FILLING: 1 c. sour cream 1 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla TOPPING: 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Peel and slice apples. Beat filling and pour over apples that have been put in 10 inch pie plate. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of filling and dot with butter. Bake 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes until brown. |
