QUICK POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. nutmeg 4 eggs 3/4 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh, if possible) 1/4 c. Solo poppy seed filling Mix all ingredients together for about 5 minutes on medium speed with electric mixer. Pour into a greased angel or bundt pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. |
