SOUR APPLE CREAM PIE 
2 c. finely chopped apples
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg, well beaten

Mix sugar, flour, salt, sour cream, egg and vanilla. Add apples to the mixture and mix. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter

Sprinkle over pie. Bake in slow oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
