SWEET & SOUR CARROTS 
2 pkgs. carrots, sliced diagonally
2 onions, cut into rings
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cider vinegar

Cook carrots to firm and drain; set aside. Saute onions in oil, add soup, sugar and vinegar. Pour into carrots, heat and serve.
