TABBOULEH 
1 c. bulgur wheat
1 1/2 c. boiling water with 1/4 tsp. salt
1 crushed garlic clove
1/3 c. olive oil
1/2 lemon
1/4 c. finely chopped fresh parsley
2 chopped green onions
1 chopped tomato

In a saucepan pour boiling salted water over bulgur and cover for 30 minutes. Add garlic, olive oil and fresh lemon juice; stir. Let chill. Add parsley, green onions, and tomato. Stir well before serving. Stir again and add a little more olive oil if needed.
