HASH BROWN POTATO DISH 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
Salt
Pepper
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix all together in a bowl. Put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or baking dish. Cover with cornflakes and drizzle the 1/4 cup butter over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Delicious!
