PINEAPPLE DELIGHT | |
1 box yellow cake mix 8 oz. softened cream cheese 1 1/2 c. milk 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained 20 oz. pineapple slices, drained 12 oz. or larger container Cool Whip Bake cake mix following recipe for 9 x 13 inch rectangular pan. Remove from pan after 15 minutes and cool on rack. When completely cooled, place cake on rectangular serving tray. Mix cheese, milk and pudding - spread over cooled cake like frosting. Pour drained pineapple over cheese. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with pineapple slices. Refrigerate. Serves 10-12. |
