CARBONARA 
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 lb. fresh Parmesan or Romano cheese
4/5 lb. spaghetti
4 eggs

In large pot bring water to a boil. Fry bacon in large frying pan. Beat eggs in separate bowl. Grate cheese in a separate bowl. Cook spaghetti until tender and drain. Immediately put cooked spaghetti in frying pan with heat off (leave most of all of drippings in pan with bacon). Pour beaten eggs over spaghetti. Put grated cheese on top. Using two spoons or forks, mix all ingredients and serve immediately.

Yes! SOMEBODY out there knows the true Carbonara! It's frightening, what people will add to such a beautiful dish. Nicely done, and much appreciated. The only suggestion I have is a tall, wooden pepper grinder for service. Thanks again!
