SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
16 oz. pkg. spaghetti
8 slices of bacon
1 lb. sausage
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. parsley, minced
3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped or 1 (16 oz.) can of peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
2 eggs, slightly scrambled
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. cream or milk

Cook spaghetti by directions. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble and set aside. Cook sausage, parsley and garlic until sausage is done. Stir in tomatoes and bacon. Mix in spaghetti. Quickly scramble eggs. Add eggs and remaining ingredients. Toss lightly. Feeds 6-8.
