SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4-6 slices of bacon
1/4 lb. ham, cut in julienne strips
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
8 oz. cooked & drained spaghetti
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Microwave or fry bacon until slightly crispy. Crumble bacon then set aside. Saute ham in butter and oil (about 4 minutes). Then add ingredients in this order and stir constantly:

Hot spaghetti

Bacon

Cheese

Salt & pepper

Egg mixture

Serve with salad and bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
