SPAGHETTI ALLA CARBONARA 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. diced bacon
1 garlic clove, peeled
14 oz. spaghetti
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 eggs, beaten
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
6 tbsp. grated Pecorino cheese

Melt butter in heavy skillet, add bacon and garlic, fry gently until browned. Remove garlic clove from pan. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain thoroughly and add to bacon.
