SPAGHETTI CARBONARA 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
1 lb. bacon
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Black pepper (to taste)
2 eggs

Cook spaghetti according to directions on package. While spaghetti cooks, cook bacon until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside. Beat eggs; add garlic salt, cheese and pepper, and mix well. Quickly toss hot spaghetti (drained) with bacon drippings. Add egg-cheese mixture and toss. Serve promptly.

Note: Hot pepper seeds may be added, if desired. One teaspoon parsley may be added.
