1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
2 1/2 oz. jar dried beef, finely cut
2 tsp. instant onion or 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped green peppers
1/4 tsp. black pepper or hot pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Blend cheese and milk; stir in beef, onion and green pepper. Mix well and stir in sour cream. Put in 8-inch pie plate. Sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot with crackers.
