8 oz. cream cheese
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, cut fine
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pecans, crushed
1 tbsp. milk

Soften cream cheese, blend with milk; add other ingredients except nuts. Pat into pie plate. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot with your favorite cracker.
