LOW-CAL FRUIT SALAD 
20 oz. pineapple chunks
11 oz. mandarin oranges
1 sm. pkg. sugar free vanilla pudding (not instant)

Save juice from pineapple and oranges and use it to cook the pudding. When thickened, remove from heat and cook. Pour over fruit. Add sliced bananas and apples and grapes or any fruit you like.
