OATMEAL COOKIES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. safflower oil
1 c. honey
2 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. rolled oats, blended
1 c. rolled oats, whole
1 c. raisins
1 c. broken walnuts
1 c. sunflower seeds

Mix together the eggs, butter, honey and molasses until smooth. Add the powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and flour. In a blender or food processor, blend 2 cups rolled oats into flour. Mix the oat flour into the batter.
