4 c. mashed potatoes (may use instant)
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash pepper
1 egg, beaten

Combine all ingredients. Beat with electric mixer. Put into greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 45 minutes.
