BUTTERSCOTCH BARS | |
2 eggs 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. coconut 2 c. mini marshmallows 1 pkg. butterscotch chips 3 tbsp. peanut butter Beat egg, sugar and butter. Boil slowly 2 minutes. Cool. Add cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut. Add marshmallows. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with butterscotch chips melted with peanut butter. These bars freeze well. Yield 20 servings. |
