PAN - TOASTED GARLIC BREAD | |
1/3 c. butter 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. Christopher Ranch minced garlic 6 (1 inch) strips French bread 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese Melt butter in 10 inch skillet until lightly sizzling. Stir in pepper and garlic. Dip both sides of bread in butter. Leave in skillet over medium heat until bread is lightly browned (about 2 to 3 minutes); turn over and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Serve as an appetizer or as a complement to a meal. |
