PAN TOASTED GARLIC BREAD 
1/3 c. butter
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
6 (1 inch) slices French bread
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

In 10-inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling. Stir in pepper and garlic. Dip both sides of each bread slice in melted butter, place in same skillet. Cook over medium heat until bread is lightly browned. Reduce heat to low. Turn bread over. Sprinkle each slice with about 1 tablespoon cheese. Cover, continue cooking until cheese is melted.
