PAN-TOASTED GARLIC BREAD 
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
6 slices French bread

In 10 inch skillet, melt butter until sizzling. Stir in cayenne pepper and garlic. Dip both sides of each bread slice in melted butter; place in same skillet. Cook over medium heat, watching closely, until bread is lightly browned (2 to 3 minutes).

Reduce heat to low, then turn bread slices over; sprinkle each slice with about 1 tablespoon of cheese. Cover; continue to cook until cheese has melted (1 to 2 minutes). Serve immediately.
