MEXICAN HAMBURGER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tbsp. catsup
1 can chicken gumbo soup

Brown ground beef and onion using a little oil. Drain ground beef and onion. Add chili powder, mustard, catsup and soup. Use just a little water in can to rinse soup can. Stir ingredients together until boiling. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve over buns like sloppy joes. Serves 4.
