MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
1 lg. chopped green pepper
1 diced onion
4 shredded carrots
1 can Eagle Brand milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. peas

Mix all together and chill 24 hours. Keeps for days.
