1 can seltzer water
1 1/2 cups Ziegler's or Newman's Own lime-ade
1 lime, cut into 6 wedges (peel left on)
2-3 tablespooons Welch's frozen strawberry concentrate
ice cubes
sugar to taste, if desired

Chill 2 tall glasses.

Combine the seltzer water, lime-ade and stir in the strawberry concentrate. Wash and cut the lime into wedges. Squeeze 1 or 2 wedges directly into the drink; discard. Pour over several cubes of ice. Taste and sweeten to desired taste with turbinado sugar or honey.

Toss one unsqueezed lime wedge into the glass, and serve icy cold.
