1/3 oz. apple schnapps
1/3 oz. cranberry juice
champagne

Pour first two ingredients into champagne glasses until 2/3 full. Stir champagne.

Add a maraschino cherry to the bottom of the glass.

Garnish with a slice of green apple twisted over the rim of the glass or a sprig of fresh mint.
