“APPLE GINGER GINGER ALE” IS IN:

APPLE GINGER GINGER ALE 
4 apples, peeled and cored
2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
2 cups ginger ale
1 inch knob of ginger, peeled
1 cup ice

Wash, peel and remove core from 4 apples. Place in a blender or Vita-Mix container with honey, ginger ale and the peeled ginger. Process until smooth (1-2 minutes); add ice to container and process again for 30 seconds. Taste and add more honey or ginger ale, to adjust to your preference before serving over ice.

Yield: About 4 servings.
