HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
8 oz. med. noodles, cooked
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans tomato soup
1/4 c. chili sauce or catsup & chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. Velveeta (shredded)
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. each corn, peas, green beans (optional)

In a skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender. Drain. Combine meat, with noodles, cheese, soup, 1 cup water, chili sauce, salt, dash pepper and optional vegetables.

Mix well. Turn into baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Dribble melted butter on top. Sprinkle extra cheese on top when 1/2 cooked. It's Delicious! Bake at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 x 2 inch dish 40-45 minutes.
