HAMBURGER-NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/2 stick butter
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 sm. can mushroom pieces
Tabasco
Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar
6 oz. pkg. med. noodles

Brown beef and 1 chopped onion in butter. Add 1/2 can tomato sauce, 1/2 can mushroom soup and mushrooms. Then add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then add other half can of tomato sauce and mushroom soup. Add 1/2 pound grated Cheddar. Simmer until cheese melts. Mix sauce with cooked noodles. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until it bubbles. Serves 6-8.
