GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. water 2 egg whites 3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts Add graham cracker crumbs, sugar, water and egg whites to cake mix in a large mixing bowl. Blend on medium speed for 4 minutes. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Mix in nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased and lightly floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
