CHILI SOUP
2 lb. ground beef
2 cans mild or hot chili beans
1 can tomato juice
1 can whole tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1 pkg. chili seasoning
Chili powder

Brown ground beef and onions together in skillet, drain off fat. In large pan add tomato juice, 2 cans of beans and beef mixture; mix together. Cut up tomatoes and add to soup.

Mix 1 package of seasoning and about 2 tablespoons of chili powder to soup. Cook on high until it starts to simmer then turn to low. After 1 hour taste soup and add more chili powder if needed. Let simmer for 3-4 hours or as long as you would like. This soup can also be made in crockpot.

When you get all ingredients together start crockpot on high until it simmers then turn to low for the rest of the day. Serve with shredded cheese and crackers.
