DIET CHILI SOUP 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 chopped med. onions

Drain.

1 pkg. Frenchs Chili-O-mix
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 cinnamon stick
4 bay leaves
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. Equal (artificial sweetener)
2 dashes Tabasco sauce or to taste

Simmer for four minutes and start eating. Salt to taste in your bowl.

If you like thick soup, add only one half of the tomato juice, saving the remainder for next day when you warm it up again. You can also add more chopped celery, the celery is a substitute for beans. 1 (8 oz.) can of mushrooms added enhances the flavor. If you want German style chili add one diced potato.
