LOW-CALORIE DIET SOUP 
This is a good soup if you are trying to shed a few pounds. It has very few calories, hardly any nutrition, but it fills you up!

1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
1 can water (use empty soup can)
3 beef bouillon cubes
diced carrots
diced celery
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
sliced zucchini
1 small turnip
sliced fresh mushrooms
cabbage
dried onion flakes
basil
bay leaf
Tabasco sauce
garlic powder
parsley
Worcestershire sauce
green pepper, chopped
thyme
rosemary

Put all ingredients together and simmer.

You can experiment with the spices and use all the low calorie vegetables you like, but no potatoes, corn or peas.
