1 Duncan Hines Deluxe II cake mix or any yellow cake mix will work
3/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juices

Mix all together and bake in 350 degree oven. You can use any type pan or pans just follow time to bake on box.

ICING:

1 (8 oz.) or 2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (drain about half the juice off)
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pineapple and pudding together, then add Cool Whip. Makes a lot of icing so you can easily ice layers or a pan cake.
