1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 can mandarin orange slices including juice
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil

FILLING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. bowl Cool Whip

Combine and mix with electric mixer. Make 3 layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes. Cool.

FILLING: Mix all ingredients 4 or 5 minutes. Ice cake and refrigerate.
