11 oz. can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix and bake in 4 layers at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
