1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges and juice

Bake in 4 layers at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) vanilla pudding mix

Mix all together and spread between layers and on top. Refrigerate.
