HAMBURGER STEW 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 to 2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 to 3 cans vegetable soup
2 to 3 cans water

Any leftover vegetables or meat can be added.

USE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

Either 2 cans of tomatoes
OR 1 qt. tomato juice
OR 1 can tomato sauce and 1 can water

Potatoes or noodles can be added but must cook them separate then add them to the stew.

Brown hamburger, onions, garlic and drain. Add tomatoes (whatever one you pick) and bouillon cubes. Let simmer for about 30 minutes. Add can soup and water and simmer for another 30 minutes. Can add cooked potatoes or noodles in addition to the vegetables in the soup. All leftover or frozen vegetables are great for this stew. Leftover mashed potatoes are super for thickening up the stew.
