HAMBURGER STEW | |
1/2 c. onions, chopped 1 c. carrots, sliced 3 c. potatoes, cubed 1 lb. ground beef 2 c. raw noodles 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup Salt & pepper to taste Put onions, carrots, potatoes in large kettle and cover with water. Crumble hamburger over mixture and cook for 45 minutes. Add tomato soup and when mixture comes to a boil, add noodles and cook 10 minutes longer. Season to taste. |
