HAMBURGER STEW | |
2 lb. hamburger 1 c. chopped onion 1 can whole kernel corn, juice and all 1 can pork and beans 2 cans mixed vegetables, juice and all 2 can Hunts tomato sauce - special 1 sm. bottle catsup 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar 1 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Brown hamburger and onion until cooked. In 5 quart pan, add rest of ingredients and simmer until seasoned through, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Makes a pretty large amount, so some may be frozen and reheated at a later time. |
