HAMBURGER AND CORN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 lg. potatoes
1 can creamed corn

Brown hamburger and onion in butter. Add salt. Grease bottom of 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Slice potatoes and put in bottom of pan. Pour creamed corn over potatoes. Layer hamburger over corn. Pour milk over all. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes are cooked through.
