DO NOT PEEK CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 c. rice (uncooked, not instant)

Sprinkle rice evenly over a 9"x13" dish. Pour melted butter and milk over rice. Mix the soups together in a bowl and spoon over rice. Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice and sprinkle the dry onion soup mix over the chicken. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees. DO NOT PEEK during cooking time.
