DO NOT PEEK CHICKEN 
1 c. rice, uncooked
6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 c. wine
Almonds

Grease a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Place rice in the dish on bottom. Place chicken on top (cut breasts in strips). Mix soup and water. Pour over chicken, then pour wine over all. Sprinkle onion soup mix and almonds on top. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 2 hours in 325 degree oven and DO NOT PEEK.
