NO - PEEK CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. stewing beef, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 env. onion soup mix
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. dry red wine such as Burgundy or Beaujolais

Mix ingredients well. Bake in 300 degree oven for 3 hours in a covered 2 quart casserole dish. Don't peek until it is done. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4 to 6.
