NO PEEK CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. water
Parsley flakes
Dash of curry
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 c. raw regular rice
Chicken, quartered or halved or pieces (however you wish)

Mix rice, canned soup, water, parsley flakes and curry in a buttered casserole. Lay chicken pieces on top (I skin mine first). Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken. Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Don't peek!
