DILLY BREAD 
1 carton creamed cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 unbeaten egg
1/4 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. dill seeds
1 tbsp. butter
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tbsp. onion mix

Put yeast in warm water first - set aside. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add butter until melted. Combine rest of ingredients except flour. Mix well. Stir into flour, knead well. Cover, set until doubles. Push down, put in greased pan, cover, let rise again to double. Bake at 350 degrees or until brown. Rub butter over top and add salt, garlic salt or onion salt if wanted.
