DILLY CHEESE BREAD | |
3 c. biscuit mix 1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp. sugar 1 1/4 c. milk 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 6-cup bundt pan. Combine biscuit mix, cheese and sugar in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in second bowl and mix well. Stir into dry mixture, blending thoroughly; then beat slightly to remove lumps. Turn into pan and bake until golden, 45-50 minutes. |
