HAROLD'S FAVORITE DILLY CHEESE
BREAD
 
3 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dill weed, dried
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. veegetable oil

In large mixing bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients, stirring just until dry ingredients are just moistened. Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until bread is golden brown. Serve warm. Leftovers can be sliced off 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick, buttered and toasted under broiler until they begin to brown. Yield 1 loaf.
