DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. chopped green onion tops
1 tsp. dill (weed or seed)
1 tsp. chopped parsley

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients to cheese, add yeast mixture and 3 cups flour (or a little more, if very soft). Allow to rise until double in size. Punch down, knead on floured board and shape in 2 loaves and put into greased loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake 35-45 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
