DILLY BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. dill seed
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. creamed cottage cheese, warm
1 egg
1 tbsp. melted butter
Flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine all dry ingredients except flour; mix well. Combine cottage cheese and egg; add dry ingredients. Add mixture to yeast. Add flour a little at a time, enough to make a stiff dough, about 2 1/2 cups. Let rise until double in bulk. Punch dough down.

Divide in 2 parts and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise until it reaches the top of the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Brush warm bread with butter and sprinkle with salt. Makes 2 loaves.
